The shooter had been IDed, a photo of his had been circulated to all the SS and police teams.
SS dis not have a sniper on the roof where the shooter was.
SS knew about the shooter who had a range finder more than 2 hours before Trump took the podium. They should not have allowed him to speak without having ensured the suspicious guy had been neutralized/ detained.
