I bought lubegard “instant shudder fix” poured into the transmission and After a little drive the shudder went away.

House, I recently serviced my gear box. All the oil was drained. Mechanic said I'll be needing new gear oil. I bought this toyota type IV gear oil (picture below) and the mechanic said I'll be needing two of it that 1 can't be enough. . Hope no be say he wan scam me?

If truely all was drain as you have said sir one wont be enough.

If it only drain and refill you did one gallon is okay
But if they remove the torque converter and drain the oil inside too then you might need two gallon sir.

0w20 but I'd gladly recommend 5W20.

I don't know much about Toyotas, but I have common sense. Why do you keep accusing your adjuster when you have replaced it and the sound didn't change? Shouldn't you take your attention to something else?
I'll advise you to make a short video so people can hear for themselves and advise you accordingly.
Having said that, anything driven by your accessory belt can be the culprit.
Not long ago, I had a rattling noise from that belt side on my Honda that ended up coming from my timing chain. So keep an open mind while tracing the sound.

I followed you. I have always wanted to be hands on with cars and learn their in and out through trials and creativity and I find your profile fit the best personality that can guide me. Thanks so much for your contributions.

5w20 offers better protection at the expense of sightly better economy that 0w20 offers.

0w20 and 5w20 have similar viscosity, but 0w20 offers better cold start protection, 5w20 is slightly thicker offers better warm start operation protection.
