In the book of Acts, we see the workings of free giving done by the believers and the due diligence of the deacons as well.

It can be 5, 20, 30, 40, 50 or even 100.

Now, many don't realize this because of their motives attached to tithes. But as regards the question, it is not a sin or makes defaulters hell bound. Believers that gave freely in NT and didn't pay tithes are hell bound if that's the idea then. And we know it is erroneous so the answer is NO.

PAY IF YOU WANT. BUT REMEMBER THAT THE NT giving is even more bigger and better.

well who feels it knows it all ? But tithe is not a must.. It is written is is better to listen than ur offerings and tithe when you are in the house of prayer (church)that Jesus called it When he was here on earth

Absolutely nothing in the bible suggests that Christians are required to practice tithing which was part of the now obsolete mosaic laws. Jesus did not tithe nor receive tithes neither did any of the apostles or the early church.

Modern church tithing has no sound scriptural basis but is derived from fraudulently twisting scriptures to manipulate believers into parting with at least 10% of their income.

This topic is a very controversial and very divisive among the body of Christ.

But if the Word of God says, "bring all the tithes" then it means we should obey whether or not it makes sense or not.

But to avoid confusion, go on a long fast and seek the opinion of the Holy Spirit on this matter.

Tithes are spiritual principles that secures the prosperity of a child of God from the devorer,it has nothing to do with heaven or hell.

You are called a christian because you a follower of Jesus Christ.

Please, the problem is that you believe in tithing and yet you are violating your belief

The first question is this: is your belief wrong or right

To answer this, you have to answer this question:

Jesus being a high priest , did he receive tithes?

Is there documentation that Paul and other apostle received tithes or instructed believers to pay tithes

Run away from false teachers and their Gospel

Try to understand that testament means covenant, therefore Old testament does not mean genesis to Malachi because there are many things about the new covenant or testament in the old testament

Why is there need for old testament/covenant if we have New testament/covenant
