Heaven is the abode of God Almighty. For one to be there, there are standards which must be met. Some people will be disqualified for not meeting the Standard. You Must be Born again John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Anyone that wants to be in Heaven must be Born again. You must have the Spirit of GOD through Regeneration and Salvation. All Born of man have Sinned. Through the sin of Adam, Everyone born of man and Woman are sinners, and as such Cannot please God in that nature. For Mortal man/woman to be Free from sin, we must be Born again. You Must Give your life to JESUS Christ. Romans 5:17-21 17 For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.) 18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life. 19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous. 20 Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: 21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord. Once you Give your life to JESUS, you receive the gift or righteousness and Holiness. You are quickened to live the righteous life, John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name. Have religions lost their purpose? Can man do without religion? If at all, there is any benefit from religion, one of it is about giving hope and sharing love to people. No doubt life is terrible and living in Nigeria especially in this Buhari era is hell itself. But religion is been practiced with terror and fear, with intolerance and lot of ridiculous claims. You believe what you want to believe at your expense. We all have fantasies and without fantasy, I tell you, this life will be boring maybe meaningless. But we just sometimes need to keep our sanity in check. I love how Superman was born in a space ship driven down to earth. I love to watch star wars movies and captain America. This are my fantasies even when I know they aren't real but still I like it. So if you want to claim some imaginary heaven and hell, it's your personal choice. But please, don't bad wash the religion with self-centered, hatred, misogynistic or whatsoever post of your. You don't expect some people to qualify for heaven while other wouldn't qualify. Does that mean that those who doesn't qualify was created to miss it? This arouses many questions and breed hatred for religion. To me we just know and can only debate the qualifications but we don't really know what we will do that will take us to heaven or hell fire. Everyone has the tendency to go to hell fire be it pastor, chorister ,usher, drunkard , womaniser, assassin and all, and remember ,all these set of people can also qualify for heaven surprisingly at the last moment. Righteousness89:1. There is nothing like 'give your life to Jesus' in the bible because you have no life in the first place to give. 2. Regeneration is part of salvation not separate. 3.instead of maintaining righteousness by new birth rather new birth empowers you to live right with God. 4. Heaven is not what you make, but rather is the natural home for all that are saved when they die. Infact the hope of every Christian is at the resurrection when christ comes for the church not after death. Infact this gospel of living to make heaven after death is a strange gospel not founded on the bible, living a holy and a righteous life can not get you a ticket to heaven. The gospel is simple, every one was born dead in sin, there is nothing anyone can do to save themselves, not the most holy and righteous life can, for they all filthy rag before God but we must all believe on Jesus christ and his sacrifice for us to get salvation and salvation in its entirety, works of righteousness after salvation gives you reward in the kingdom. heaven only sounds nice when compared to the “eternal suffering” of hell. In a vacuum, heaven actually sounds pretty fucking terrible. Of course, I’m dead wrong, because in order for heaven to be terrible it would actually have to exist. 7 Likes 2 Shares |

Being born again is itself will not take anyone to heaven. It is like induction into a group of people from where those who qualified will be selected from. Once inducted, you can now go on to do the things that will qualify you for heaven. Matthew 7:21-23 New Living Translation True Disciples 21 “Not everyone who calls out to me, ‘Lord! EZ 6:12-13 The Lord says: "... they will fall by the sword, famine and plague. He that is far away will die of the plague, and he that is near will fall by the sword, and he that survives and is spared will die of famine. So will I spend my wrath upon them. EZ 9:4-6 The Lord commands: "... slay old men outright, young men and maidens, little children and women ...." EZ 20:26 In order that he might horrify them, the Lord allowed the Israelites to defile themselves through, amongst other things, the sacrifice of their first-born children. EZ 21:3-4 The Lord says that he will cut off both the righteous and the wicked that his sword shall go against all flesh. EZ 23:25 , 47 God is going to slay the sons and daughters of those who were whores. EZ 23:34 "You shall ... pluck out your hair, and tear your breasts." HO 13:16 "They shall fall by the sword: their infants shall be dashed in pieces, and their women with child shall be ripped up." MI 3:2-3 "... who pluck off their skin ..., and their flesh from off their bones; Who also eat the flesh of my people, and flay their skin from off them; and they break their bones, and chop them in pieces, as for the pot, and as flesh within the caldron." MT 3:12 , 8:12 , 10:21 , 13:30 , 42, 22:13 , 24:51 , 25:30 , LK 13:28 , JN 5:24 Some will spend eternity burning in Hell. There will be weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth. MT 10:21 "... the brother shall deliver up his brother to death, and the father his child, ... children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death." MT 10:35-36 "For I have come to turn a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law a man's enemies will be the members of his own family." MT 11:21-24 Jesus curses [the inhabitants of] three cities who were not sufficiently impressed with his great works. Doubting is necessary Many Christians see doubt as dangerous thinking that originate from the evil forces. A little skeptisn on one doctrine could lead to another doubt and the ripple spreads until one ends up questioning everything one ever knows. Doubtees are less likely to attend religious institution as they seek information outside the Religion established sources As a result, questioning is not encouraged. Most skepticlearn to keep their questions hidden in their head because certain things are not to be questioned. One should rely on faith. In reality, doubt is a characteristics of human nature and necessary for ones faith to mature . Each of us grew up accepting the belief of others . Experience makes us examine those belief and compare them to reality. The wider the gap, the need to doubt . Men by nature of their higher reasoning ability experience more doubt than women God gives us freewill which includes freedom to. Engage in independent thought and freedom to make choices.suspicuion could strengthen or break ones belief.In doubting,we question assumptions and seek to discover our own truth. It could lead one to apostasy. Atheism and Agnotism are integral path of every true spiritual journey. It is like a child who inherited a plot of land and decides to clear all his parents planted and plant what he desires . It is a sign of taking responsibility for what is planted in one’s own mind. Mother Theresa the great Catholic saint embrased her doubt. At a point, she questioned the concept of heaven and hell and felt like a hypocrite for speaking of Jesus love. John the Baptist asked Jesus If he were the Messiah or if they were to expect someone else. Thomas doubted Jesus Ressurection. Thomas was shown the evidence he sought No single one of them was punnished for doubting. When Zaccharia doubted the angel message, he went dumb until it came to pass.
