Most of the ones in the market carries colours, saccharine, and sometimes flavour.

All the times I took pami,I always felt either sick or wanna throw up after abt an hour. Maybe cos of that super sour taste or my system no just go with am.i can't even finish 1 liter.either I drink beer or I take seaman.

are u sure it isn’t sacharrine palm wine because I feel same when I taste that type but with original freshly tapped palm wine it’s one way digest…

Does this apply to all the types of PalmWine?

You know they are two major ones - the one in Swamps and the very sweeter/sweet one one from Raffia palms or sometimes Oil palms from Land. which seem to have some differences, atleast a few.

I just wanted to know if it's within all types of PalmWine I will get this eyesight benefit.

Original, unadulterated PalmWine is still very much getable & available all around Lagos.
Many people do it.
I have a handful of sources.

Some persons have said something all similar, along the lines of, how it's only the one from Raffia palms, the one tapped from the ground by uprooting it, is the one best for the eyes.

You can't find fresh pammy in the city. Only in villages. And you must go to the house of the palm wine tapper to wait for him.

Once he comes back pay him and collect a keg. That's the only way you can drink unadulterated palm wine.
