The so called real players can’t do shit without the numbers,it starts from purchasing power to investors…do you even know who much of infrastructural development igbos alone brought to Lagos and the state government? Or you don’t know such development attracts investors?

If Lagos had not been developed by outsiders to what is today,do you think bill gate will visit?
infrastructural development?.
Oga Lagos rail-line was built by Chinese company, third mainland bridge was Julius berger. Chagoury and other built eko Atlantic.
Lagos free trade zone was a joint fund and no Igbo was part of it.

So which Infrastructural dev are we talking about here?

How many mike adenuga and dangote do you have in Lagos?
How many properties do they have in Lagos?
What is their impact on Lagos real estates market..

Can you compare it to the investments of igbos in real estate? Real estate development is one of the major determinant of a developed state…this is what attracts investment to Lagos too…you guys can continue in your delusion but reality will always prevail over propaganda.
Siji Ogundele is the owner of sujimoto which is arguably the biggest real estate company in Nigeria.
Does the name sound Igbo to you?

REAL ESTATE
I will bold it for you since you want to pretend not to know.

moreover, you think third mainland bridge and rail transport are what are driving Lagos economy? Don’t other SW states have those? Why didn’t they attract investors like Lagos?

It’s the purchasing power of people from all over the country including a significant number of igbos, investing in real estate, trade and commerce that makes Lagos what it is and attracts investors.

Figures and propaganda can’t prevail over reality just as it couldn’t save ogun state…everyone knows about the open agenda to strategically hide/remove any attempt by igbos to appear as progressive or large in ethnicity and every other aspect of this country..

We are talking numbers you are talking individuals..do you even know igbos alone have the capacity to change the outcome of election in a state like Lagos if given a fair playing ground.

Apart from the refinery that's just coming up, none of Dangote’s factories is in Lagos

So how is he controlling Lagos economy?

What will you now say of Kogi, Ogun and such other states where he actually has factories?

Lagos was developed by outsider simple and true. Now if it’s Igbo or not that’s non of my business..but the best houses and businesses in Lagos are own and built by igbos. Truth be told.

Which market do you igbos dominate in Lagos ? The Ketu market is dominated by strictly Northerners n Yoruba n gross billion daily yet they do not make noise of owning or building Lagos.

Apart from Alaba there is not market you igbos constitute 10% of the trade or traders is it Ajah Yaba Oyingbo Lagos Island Idumota Badagry Ikorodu Onipanu Ojota Epe Ikeja just tell us one single market igbos dominate aside Alaba in Lagos ?

Thewrath:
We know the aim of the thread and who it tends to attack..without commerce, dangote will be nothing, and how can the indigenous tribe in Lagos control commerce with their meager population? They are not even business oriented….outsiders in Lagos are more than Lagos indigenes in same Lagos.

Apart from igbos, which other tribe has a major population more than igbos?
Which other tribe has a dominated market?

That's the way the world is. I work in the utility industry. Our largest and most important customers are the massive industries and companies..

But the most troublesome and those that make mouth most are the residential customers that only bring about 5% of profit 😂

They always think that it's about selling gala and lacasera in traffic. Even the few ones that own shops at ladipo or Alaba international do not pay taxes.

They keep 2 accounts, and when you want to make payments, they give you a personal account to pay into instead of a cooperate account. Let's not even talk about the fakes and dubious (zero ethic) practices. cheesy
