Ijaya Olusosun is a misnomer, not right.

Should be IJAYA AGBAYE or IJAYA GLOBAL or na IJAYA WORLDWIDE.

Has Eguavoen improved?

How will he set up our midfield?
Raphael Onyedika is the only profile i can bank on for now.

Are we to be served the same old dish?
I pray not so

Angola dey tap leather abeg.. They pressed Ghana as if they were the home team in the 1st half I saw.
How they have managed to keep hold of their coach, Pedro Goncalves is quite bewildering.

From the streets of Kwara to the most successful club in Greek football history.

18yrs old Nigerian prodigy, Taiye Abdulateef has joined Greek giants, @olympiacosfc from @unicornfclub Football Academy, Ilorin, on a 4-year contract.

Angola, CAR and Comoros are always giving Ghana problem at home. Pedro Gonçalves is a very good coach.

There is something I observed since the news was shared here about Mola's Nomination for Ballon D'Or but ain't gonna talk about it.

I am sure, many have noticed it too but don't wanna talk about it. We can do better though.
Personality matters. Ademola himself is said to be quite shy and introverted. This is the way he likes to keep his profile low-key. Not too much in the news.

He was the only acceptable choice for coach of the Super Eagles considering our budget. Still crazy we didn't go for him.

I'm hopeful Augustine Eguavoen will succeed this time around. By this I mean, win all the games he'll be in charge and contribute significantly to our AFCON qualification.

I'm impressed by his player invitations, squad selections and choice of Assistants.

Also, I believe he must have learnt some lessons from the last AFCON & WCQ he coached the team.

Anyway, If I had to choose a Nigerian coach for the Super Eagles, only two names come to mind - Austin Eguavoen and Michael Nsien, the US U-20 coach. The rest like Samson Siasia, Salisu Yusuf and Ndubuisi Egbo no follow for me.

I'll be rooting for Eguavoen and the team

In future. I hope whoever becomes the substantive coach can bring more players into the fold. Igor Ogbu, Tolu Arokodare, Uche Christantus, Elijah Adebayo, Akor Adams, Ebenezer Akinsanmiro, Victor Eletu and Gift Orban (if he's cleared by FIFA) readily comes to mind.

I just saw a report on tundeednut page regarding osimehn and napoli. He claimed that Napoli betrayed him because they turned down an offer from psg this summer 2024 for 120 Million. If that’s true, my apologies to osimehn and his defenders. It’s diabolical to turn down an offer of 110 million from psg after having a gentleman agreement. ADL and Napoli betrayed osimehn based on the report on tundeednut page

Very true. He is the embodiment of that typical Lagos boy spirit . Again his average and humble background, his ruggedity, the way he chooses to talk, in his kindness, the ones we know and the many we will never know, his flaws, He has that Nigerian hunger, that Nigerian wildness. Show boy and star boy from Olusosun, Lagos -Nigeria, Benin boy with Yoruba orientation.

I have been screaming for this same set up since last AFCON. If you play two solid midfielders behind Iwobi, he’ll have more license to be creative. With Ndidi back, we should have three solid options for b2b/Cdm.

Bashiru and Iwobi should be interchanging for the CAM.

that will be our best midfield trio.

Onyedika is a good ball holding midfielder who is good in tackles n ball playing as well as shielding of the back four. He has the passing ability to start play from the back

Onyeka is rugged with a big engine to run back and forth and also a good tackler. A big presence in the team’s midfield and defense when defending long balls

Alex Iwobi is the team’s best creator of chances when compared to all our midfielders and will serve as a perfect link frm the midfield to the team’s attack

Going forward I would love to have Getafe’s Uche Chrisantus in the team. He should be a good competition for Onyeka in the B2B/CM position

RC Lens new signing Hamzat Ojediran should be closely monitored too. A young hardworking CDM who had a promising debut in Ligue 1 few days ago

Ebenezer Akinsanmiro should be introduced to the fold too

Alhassan Yusuf doesn’t deserve invites anymore while Wilfred Ndidi days are numbered judging by his poor performances of late and the emergence of younger midfielders
