Information leak is a primary cause of the issue we facing with this terrorist. When a terrorist like this guy have lasted too long, it can only point to information leak. This isn't necessarily intelligence leak, because information leak can casually be setting up forward operating base in certain locations. And a department staff within operations office can just casual discuss it.
