If we weren't a nation of foolls, how could we trust the resources of over 200 million people to someone with a dubious track record. A man who was too afraid to participate in a presidential debate.
And it is people like you that keep propagating the wrong idea that he won a fair election through the masses votes.

Where I come from they say it takes one to know one. I know my God n you know your devil n know his traits. I have nothing more to say to you on this.

Bobloco:
God can't bear you witness

The devil is the one to bear you witness because you are in that part which he has maximum control over

You are in hell

This is them twisting the headlines. When security operatives invite the editor or publisher of Thisday just to question them for this, they'll start shouting and complaining about right to press freedom.

Nonsense people.

He actually said it.

According to him: “Nigeria is going through reforms, and we are taking very bold and unprecedented decisions. For example, you might have been hearing from home in the last few days about fuel prices.

“But, can we help it? Can we develop good roads like you have here? You see electricity being constant in quantity and quality. You see water supply, constant and running, and you see their good schools. And we say we want to hand over a banner without stain to our children?
You cant be talking about infrastructure, when people can't even see food to eat. This man is mad.

Look, basics first.

Let people be able to feed, and afford transport to where they are going, before you talk of uplifting roads, schools etc.

so you are waiting to see that expression verbatim. This is to show how poor you are in English. Didn't he say he is taking hard decisions on how to improve the state of the economy? Mere saying this as the Minister for Petroleum means that the hike is inevitable. He means no going back on his tough decisions.
Re: Tinubu To Nigerians: Fuel Price Hike Inevitable by Dpopsman123(m): 10:10am On Sep 07, 2024
Hiking prices without due employment or empowerment frameworks will trigger increased poverty, economic hardship, among the masses, and breed increasing corruption among our politicians.

Truth be told.

On the recent fuel price hike in Nigeria, President Tinubu described the hard decision taken as one of the unprecedented steps aimed at reforming the country.

“What is the critical part to get us there if we cannot take hard decisions to pave the way for a country that is blessed and so talented?
“One economic action leads to another, and it is in your hand to build our nation. Mine is to provide the leadership, and I am committed to doing just that,” the President stated.

He noted that while it is not always easy for a leader to have a national consensus on issues, he is ready to take the hard decisions to move the nation forward.

“We are focused, and I have a very good team,” President Tinubu added.
[color=indigo]This man don smoke again oo

He even had the effrontery to brag that he has a very good team.
This country is completely finished

This man will travel one day and on his way back he will be told to remain at large because we got a new government. He's so unapologetic when it comes to dishing out anti people policies and statements - like he got everyone by their balls, forgetting that Nigerians are very dynamic and we have a notable way of seeing ourselves out of the maze.

Greetings my nairaland peeps. I pray God continues to stand behind you guys no matter what these evil humans do. But I do want to make one thing clear here because I know most Nigerians have a short memory or memory loss that if things should pan out better in years to come it wasn't and isn't because tinubu and co did any darn thing it was just simply God's mercy and His grace and because of the people who have God's mind at heart to change things and not the other way round because I trust some Nigerians if the above statement I made comes to pass they'll start giving props and credit to whom isn't due as is their normal way of doing things which won't be great. I just say make I point that aspect out which people seem to always forget. Happy weekend. Shalom.

Then go read again or return to primary school because a primary school student can read to comprehend what Tinubu is saying which the headline accurately captured.

The chance of such event happening is way too slim. You won't believe the amount of money APC governors are making in tinibus reign.

Tinibu is only suffering the masses, but his cohorts and other important allies are living large. Hence, any atttempt at such will swiftly be thwarted by his overfed loyalists.

We have to give it to that man,he understands the game of power through and through.

Not true, read below. It's a direct inference to not being able to do anything about the fuel prices.

According to him: “Nigeria is going through reforms, and we are taking very bold and unprecedented decisions. For example, you might have been hearing from home in the last few days about fuel prices.

“But, can we help it?

He's ztupid so fuel price hike is reform

Why's he not undertaking reforms in polity, governance and administration

Eg, why can't the allocation formula be reshuffled

Why can't there be state police

Why can't states collect vat

Why can't nnpc be like nlng

Why do we need bicameral system of government

Why can't the exclusive list be re evaluated to meet the present times

Let states issue driving licence

Useless president
