Not really, They can be eliminated without any Amnesty. It's same direction the militants took that this terror migrants from lake chad exhibit In our dear nation. Their main targets are soft villages within the far north landmass without much habitants.the troops are covering the bases and mounting camps. By the time these camps are all unified there will be no room for them to engage in any community ever again. That's why we need more soldiers and paramilitary.
