My own be say Bassey should sit up. Ndah is a very big threat. Man is commanding in the air. I notice Bassey becomes shaky as game progressed, it nothing new though. But gambles when under pressure.
Bassey is not a calm defender…I would go for ndah or old balogun ahead of bassey…anytime any day

The midfield won us this game, see how fluid we looked when Onyedika and Dele-Bashiru came in, it became an overload of chances and better ball progression. We've been stuck with the flat and lethargic Ndidi/Aribo midfield for too long that it's time to start phasing out those generation of players...the future of our midfield should be built around Onyedika- Dele-Bashiru-Yusuf- Onyeka and potentially Hamzat Ojediran from Lens and Chrisantus Uche. Iwobi will of course provide the leadership as a veteran
Completely agree with the bolded

miles better than Zaidu. Him,Aina and Ekong held their own in our defense line
Interestingly, I prefer Zaidu especially for his offensive contributions
But Bruno was excellent today
Amazing player!

Ademola Lookman is Nigeria’s best and most technical player atm.

I am glad he’s getting his accolades finally.

He is is easily the best player we’ve had in about 10 years. Consistency and clutch..

so when you lose a match that makes you a bad coach?
Rohr was kicked out by the demons running our football for selfish and wicked reasons leveraging on the loss as reason for his dismissal
Baba, Rohr no be am. Forget it. Many of you are blinded by his good start. But after we qualified on a trail blazing mode for Russia WC, Rohr folded.

Lookman is the only CAF rep on the Balon d'or list.

Watch as CAF will soon play funny and pick one of those Moroccans or Senegalese. He's undisputed to me.

As for female category... The Oshoala era has come to an end and there's not even an exceptional cadet squad player that's showing any sort of promise to reach these heights.

You know what makes me happy? The fact that some people used to say that he's too fragile to play African football, because he's an Ajebutter.

The guy has proved a lot of people wrong. Our highest goal scorer at the AFCON, with 3 goals, and now 2 goals against Benin. He doesn't get enough praises.
He's on a roll. He's in that zone where magic happens.

if SE meet a small team, beat them very well ... then the bigger team can be scared of us ... we should learn to beat smaller team very well

Don’t bench him. Rather, play him as a lwb or lb because he is the best crosser, fast and strong. When you have a monster machine that’s a potent header of the ball, you need good crossers on the wing
