The national chairman of Labour Party Julius Abure has described kangaroo NEC meeting convene by governor Allex Otti and attended by Peter Obi as barbaric and act of lawlessness. He said only national chairman has power to call for NEC meeting under the party constitution. He promised to discipline all erring members no matter how placed they are.
