The example you use isn't giving credence to your point and here's why, a 10 year old vehicle used by two individuals with different maintenance practice would be in different working and physical conditions and this has nothing to do with their skin colour but has everything to do with their approach to maintenance as individuals.

There are white men who are as careless as carelessness can go and also black men who are as meticulous as being meticulous can be and vice versa, it has everything to do with individuals and nothing to do with skin colour.

Yes the black society is known for its poor maintenance culture but as I have maintained this has everything to do with our lack of proper approach in that regard as a people which can be changed, it's a habit that is picked and can be dropped (as individuals), a culture which can be changed or abandoned ( as a people), but it is certainly not a function of our DNA as though it were something embedded in every black person naturally.
