My point is he didn't commit a treasonable offense, so why is Tinubu disturbing him ?

That's right, he shouldn't be disturbed if he didn't commit an offence.
But since his case is still handled by the security agencies, and 'possibly' was advised not to leave the country till investigations are completed, he would have been 'law-abiding ' and show good example for the decaying system in Nigeria.
