Not every driver knows significantly what third party insurance is?
They just buy it because it is a cheaper form of insurance compared to comprehensive one and also because of police check points
I've seen something similar before, a taxi hit a Prado jeep, and the taxi driver came immediately and prostrated to beg the jeep owner, and he just told the taxi driver to go
