If you’ve spent a lot then you should know it’s not malaria and take her to a hospital. And why do we believe in self medication sef? It would have been cost effective to take her to a hospital and know what your treatment to give her by now you wouldn’t be here trying to beg if your not even a scammer sef.

bro I can't just take her to the hospital just like that you know I don't have much I have to try home remedies first that's y, she's currently collecting drip sha but I'm down nobody likes begging but I pray we don't find ourselves in situation like this
