The first century Christians never agreed that Jesus is their God because he told them:


“Stop clinging to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father. But go to my brothers and say to them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father and to my God and your God.’” John 20:17

There are THREE main points in the highlighted:
All those practicing what Jesus taught them are his fellow believers so he called them his BROTHERS in faith but God has never called anyone His brother! Matthew 12:46-50

All those practicing what Jesus taught are like wordhipers of his God.

All those practicing what Jesus taught are like children of the same father.

That's why his disciples could say:

“You are the Christ, the Son of the living God." Matthew 16:16

So there is no verse that says people who don't believe that Jesus is God are AntiChrist rather what the scriptures say about the AntiChrist:

Who is the liar but the one who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, the one who denies the Father and the Son. 1John 2:22

So the AntiChrist is someone who denies that Jesus is not the Christ!

This is contrary to Qur'an 19:30 where Jesus is the slave of Allah!

Guy the real Christians in Rome were killed by the time Roman emperors were seeking power to gain dominance over other territories and the Christians were preaching and teaching against WARS.

It is way bigger than that.

Calling on any entity other than Allah in prayer, worship, swearing, etc as said earlier can turn a Muslim to a non-Muslim.
