She’s literally sitting in the middle of the street with a table and a pot of food. It’s not a kiosk or a van or a trolley! The UK isn’t America so the laws of food handling are different. This has to be a skit or something because you can’t just sit down in the middle of the street next to parked cars and be selling cooked food. There are food hygiene regulations that have to be followed.
