Elon Musk's company "Neuralink" has invented a device called BLINDSIGHT that will enable those who have lost their both eyes and their optic nerve to see again.

BLINDSIGHT will also enable those who are blind from birth to see for the very first time.

He made this announcement yesterday on his social media platform.

The Blindsight device from Neuralink will enable even those who have lost both eyes and their optic nerve to see.

Provided the visual cortex is intact, it will even enable those who have been blind from birth to see for the first time.

To set expectations correctly, the vision will be at first be low resolution, like Atari graphics, but eventually it has the potential be better than natural vision and enable you to see in infrared, ultraviolet or even radar wavelengths, like Geordi La Forge.

He wants to see humans build, explore, thrive, be born in greater numbers & be healthier.

I don't agree with his political views , but you have to admire his vision.

My only problem with Elon musk is his support for Donald trump and his outrageous remarks, he can do better

Great innovation I hope his political leanings don't destroy his sterling career.

We need to do better in Nigeria scientific innovations ,it's not by graduating with first class or 4. Something.

It can't be like the natural sight, no camera, no graphic card can produce the image quality of a natural eyes.
