It is a team I think was relegated and needs building. Amunike will need a bit of time to steady the ship. Coaching is not magic.

Finito
Okay. How many matches are we giving him to build?

On the back of the success of Vince Osuji, Kalmar FF are now trying out another Nigerian youngster, Lorenzo Chinazo.

Chinazo, 18, is a right back from Ajuwa FC.

He has returned to Kalmar after his first visit in August.

On Monday, he featured in an U21 match with assistant coach Jens Karlsson singing his praise.

“Lorenzo is calm and fast and showed what we saw when he was here and trained with us. But it is always easier to see players in a match and he gave a positive impression, he told The Barometern.

Chinazo himself wants to take the first big step on his way to playing for a club in the UEFA Champions League.

“I would love to play here,” he said

“I want to get to the highest level and at some point get to play in the Champions League.

“And being able to come here would be a good step on the way there.”

His limited playing time has affected him. Just before his move from Burnley to Leverkusen Tella's individual brilliance shone above his teammates, as helped lead Vincent Kompany's team back to the EPL.

At Leverkusen, he has won the Bundesliga and league cup, played in the European final but then his role has been minimal, with less time.

I dare say come January, if it remains the same he can take a loan move back to England for middle table EPL team. Or move to the Seria A like we have our two forwards that is Lookman and Chukwueze.
Tella played 25 games in the Bundisliga out of .a possible. 34 games and scored 5 goals 🥅. He has played essentially 73% of B. Leverkusen games in the Bundisliga.

But you are saying he was insignificant and minimal I put it to you you are totally wrong.

How does Bayern Munich do this.
When it comes to annihilating opponent Bayern Munich is an apex predator.

Another thing is they have a system that continuously allow almost any coach succeed.

Bayern Munich's institutional strength and stability are indeed key factors in their consistent success. Here are some reasons why:

Clear vision and strategy: Bayern's leadership has a well-defined long-term plan, ensuring continuity and consistency.

Strong youth academy: Producing talented players through their academy reduces reliance on expensive transfers.

Financial stability: Bayern's solid finances enable them to invest in top talent and infrastructure.

Experienced backroom staff: Expert coaches, analysts, and trainers support the head coach.

Player recruitment: Bayern identifies and signs talented players who fit their playing style.

Culture of excellence: Expectations are high, and players are expected to perform.

Supportive fans: The Allianz Arena's electric atmosphere boosts player motivation.,,, you need to visit the stadium on match day to understand this

Continuity: Bayern's coaching changes often involve promoting from within or hiring experienced managers.... what Guardiola enjoyed

These factors create an environment where coaches can thrive, making Bayern an attractive destination for top managers.

Recent examples:

• Julian Nagelsmann's success after Hansi Flick's departure
• Flick's own transformation from assistant to title-winning coach

Bayern's institutional strength allows coaches to focus on tactics and player development. Even EA GO FIT SUCCEED FOR BAYERN BECAUSE HE IS CHOSEN!

Fitness issues. Never had any preseason. I listened to an interview he had and all these were mentioned. The coach wants to up his ante to be at par with others.

Not quite any coach though. Tuchel failed there. This sort of claim just rubbishes Kompany's work. And it's early to say if Kompany is succeeding or not anyway
