Come to Kano. With 500k u can get a good self con in a moderately okay location. Kano is densely populated which is the bedrock of any business. Don't even consider kaduna cos it's a sleeping sleeping state. Before I forget, Kano is also very peaceful and there's diversity in ethnicities in kano. |

Maybe ibadan as it's still close to Lagos a bit, commerce wise |

Havesomesense:Delta State is a low budget Lagos State but you see when it comes to housing all I have to say is Omo (you might probably have to stay at the outskirt to get affordable housing) But that aside I think is a very strategic state and I have been wondering why people/organisation ain't thinking of the state. |

tetralogyfallot:500 k for self con in kano? Not even mini flat. |
| Re: I Have N500,000 For Rent by tetralogyfallot(m): 10:08am On Sep 18, 2024 |
Havesomesense:a moderately good house in a very good location sir. U can even secure a self con at just 150k but the location may not be too good and the house may lack some amenities like good water supply. Averagely the cost of good selfcon in Kano ranges from 250k to 350k. Agents go chop their own, lawyers too go chop their own, then at least there may be some small small touches u need to do to make the house very habitable. |

You wan comot Lagos dey go Asaba? Why everyone dey suggest Ibadan for you? Except you're Yoruba, Dont stay in the midst of people you dont fancy(Una go dey bash people online but una no go still wan comot their midst) Go to Kaduna, its bigger than the other states you listed there in terms of commerce(Bar Abia and thats just Aba sef) Kaduna is a whole more developed than the other states on your list, bigger population too and the cost of living there is relatively cheap If my comment seems tribal to you, then you prolly have a double digit IQ(below 77) and thats none of my business |

What exactly is your long term plan? You should calculate the state you want to chose towards that. I think ibadan will be better since it has a huge human capital. When you get there, just consider opening a business to sustain yourself |

I just let there some months back Today, I have accumulated wealth but still growing sha. Look towards Ibadan, Mowe/Ofada, Abeokuta or ilorin. Thank me later. |
