Wickedfact:Due process is to order him to submit his weapon at the armoury. If he disobeys a direct command, then that is insubordination. You don't disarm him by physical assault. |

The Nigerian military routinely hires unbalanced individuals then exacerbate their conditions by needlessly increasing their stress levels, what do they expect to happen? I also know this isn't how to disarm an armed person. |

Ojiofor:As regards your question, there is; infact he would be ordered to go to the armoury to submit his weapon, because he signed it, except in case of MIA then someone would do that. I was referring to him cracking his gun and shooting, that's an offence triggered by an initial offence as well, two wrongs don't make a right. I currently heard he has run mental because he was detained for over six years in the guard room, the general will equally answer for that kind of ridiculous punishment. |

Before u can disarm an officer forcefully like this he must be showing erratic behavior or aggressiveness which is not the case here. It's wrong move and the so called commander is lucky they're on parade. |

You're not bright at all, because you'll tell me what the correlation is in beating up a child and the behaviour of an army personnel who has received far more strict training. You people just type anything on here.
