Go to youtube and check how to make sauerkraut.
Warning. It's not sweet but very sour. Yet the best probiotic in the world. Comes after kimchi.

It will help heal the Tommy gradually. Antacid before bed is also good.

thanks for your soothing advice. Sis ehn I dunno if it's actually ulcer or acid reflux. You know there are three of them: ulcer, gastritis and acid reflux. I think I have acid reflux from the symptoms I'm having. But I think they're all connected sha. Just this week I have been having this choking feelings on my throat as if my breath is seizing. It gets worse when I'm eating. I googled it up and saw that antacids is a remedy for it. I have taken antacids and it has calm down but little pain persists.
Hmm so palm wine is a probiotic? My cousin did her introduction sometime ago and I refused to drink palm wine thinking it would trigger ulcer? Chai silly me!!

1. Guava leaves, can chew at least 3 leaves or boil and drink
2. Don't lack Bitter kola, chew it immediately you hear any sign of stomach upset
3. Chew unripe plantain bark, first thing in the morning. Chew it like that.
Take care, these are what am using to minimize mine.

I got healed from ulcer in 2021 after following an online prayer program. It was so bad that I didn't have to tell the woman selling Ankara close to my house not to add pepper anytime I went to buy cos she got used to me saying no pepper. .I had never experienced it before but those two months I experienced it was horrible.
