Sorry I have no idea about that but my guess will be that if your customers like your food, they will recommend you to cook for parties but I will say you should focus on getting the restaurant started first and after a year of running it successfully, you can then decide if you really need to cater for outside events as they may be a distraction that makes you take your eye off the ball and quality of the food or service in the restaurant may fall if you start doing too many things at the same time.

They have something they call a job seeker visa now, quite hard to process in Nigeria. But super easy in benin republic and other west african countries. You can even do it yourself if you have your complete documents.

With your Bsc qualification you should start applying to jobs olon Japan. You will get an offer as long as you're a graduate and then you can move there legally and it doesn't take time for you to get their citizenship too. That 4m won't take you to EUROPE and applying for Canadian PR visa is also a no go area right now because you might not get it and the money you saved would have been gone too. Or apply for a tourist visa to SOUTH KOREA you will get a job and convert your visa easily when you get there. This are your best options.
