Hello Friends,

I will like to ask from the experience of those who travelled through the Lagos airport (MMA) after obtaining their visa.
When presenting documents to the immigration/airport officials, is it a must to translate the admission letter and accommodation contract to English?
I asked because these documents are normally issued in Spanish language and our immigrations officers at the airport can only speak English.
I will like to get from the experience of others on these documents shown at the airport.

If there is a need to do the translation to English for immigration officials at the Lagos airport, can anyone share their experience where they did such translation?

You don't need to present any translated document at any airport . Hold your ticket,passport and accommodation reservation

My legalization is coming soon and I am yet to get a visa appointment slot. Plus my police character certificate is about to expire.

I will need advice on how to proceed.

After legalization then translate

Is leave letter and payslips compulsory?

Payslips and leave letter is not compulsory but added evidence to show proof.
Payslips is not important because it's already in your statement of account.

When you say 'Visa appointment slot' do you mean with the Embassy directly? or with BLS. I assume you're booking your appointment with BLS in Lagos

Please did your police certificate of character for your visa application contain your fingerprints? Or was that now required.

For anyone that did their visa application with BLS recently, what documents did you translate? And could you recommend who to use.

From BLS's email, they said to translate:

Police character
School certificate
Birth certificate
Medical certificate
Sponsorship letter.

Did anyone translate Transcripts, Declaration of age too?

Yes translated birth certificate, NPC birth attestation letter and age declaration

Just for clarity, because Espanol is not UK.
You can only join on invitation or via Family Reunion Route.

Applicants going for masters or PhD program can travel with dependents. Dependents apply same day with the main applicant. When dependents failed to apply on the same day with main applicant , the reunion route comes in . Spain allows dependent to apply the same day with main applicant. However ,the dependent cannot work in Spain . Dependents apply for accompany visa . I know two applicants who travel with their families .
