The war has begun.

Will Hezbollah finally agree to implement the UN resolution 1701? Will Hezbollah step back behind the blue line without this use of force? So far, the resolution has not been fully implemented. While Israeli forces withdrew from Lebanon, Hezbollah and other armed groups in southern Lebanon have refused.

Once again I maintain that Hezbollah has no business attacking Israel because of Hamas. Infact, rather than pursue peace, they contributed to make that Gaza war last up till this moment. The plan to completely wipe out Israel from the face of the earth is impossible. The reverse would be the case, with Israel wiping out Lebanon, Iran, Syria and Yemen. Does Hezbollah possess 150,000 missiles as claimed? Do they truly have 100,000 soldiers as claimed? Their losses at each attack far surpasses the Israeli side. With moles among them, their communication equipment troubled, how can they wage the war?

The Lebanese have been apprehensive in the last few months and have wished for Hezbollah to stay away from attacking Israel over Gaza. Right now, the risk of getting Beirut and other areas razed down like Gaza is very high. The catastrophe in terms of human displacement would be very huge. Infact worse than Gaza.

Simply, I hope that the path of peace can be pursued and achieved.

The only question I have is why is Lebanon allowing Hezbollah to operate and launch missiles from Lebanon into Israel? Why is Palestine allowing Hamas to stage attacks from Gaza and West Bank into Israel? Why are these terrorists attacking and using their own people as shield?

There will be no ground invasion. Hezbollah has no Israeli hostages to negotiate with as was obtainable in 2006. The Northern Israel has been evacuated and there is no hope of kidnapping any Israeli for ransom or cease-firere negotiations

Israel is really dealing with Lebanon,Iran and Hamas,all at once, and none of them has been able to inflict a significant damage to her.
But Israel should never overstep her boundaries like the criminal PM Netanyanhu is seriously pushing for, because the day Turkey will invade her,it would be a completely off guard catching surprisingly bewildering event.
Turkey has openly declared she will intervene militarily.
And she will if push comes to shove.
That's how Russia was taken lightly and dismissed like she would do nothing, during the period of tensions with US led NATO and Ukraine.
Until she invaded on 24 February 2022 .

Lebanon has a secular government but the problem is that it's too weak to do anything against Hezbollah. Hezbollah are also better armed than the Lebanese military because they're backed by Iran.

The country is equally divided between the Christians and Muslims. The Muslims are divided equally with the Sunni on one side which doesn't like Hezbollah and the Shia on the other side which are in support of Hezbollah and are the majority of its operatives.

Furthermore, Hezbollah have succeeded in forming a political party in Lebanon and have 1/3 population in the parliament. That's 15 seats out of 155+ in the house, the party with the most seat has 19 so Hezbollah is actually a part of the coalition government in Lebanon.

The country it self is a failed state.
