Tinubu is following the path of Mugabe of Zimbabwe. Make the country currency weaker thereby making 90% of the people live in poverty Then perpetuate yourself in power till death This is what Tinubu wants to achieve He wants to make Nigeria to be like Zimbabwe so that he can lord over the people without opposition standing in his way |

ozo13:I don't understand you, who were in charge of EFCC when what you said was happening? This APC government always appear helpless whenever the whole world is looking up to them to act and take the glory. Very useless set. |

What anarchy? OBASEKI A sitting Gov besieged INEC collation center with full security but was walked out by a DIG. How much more a wanted person in company of a Governor. If they are serious The IGP should have ordered the security details of the Governor to effect the arrest if not all of them should be replaced with those ready to obey the constitution. |

BeeBeeOoh:Nigeria's armed forces are more powerful than Gov Usman Ododo's security personnel. The EFCC should have informed the IGP if the EFCC truly wanted Yahaya Bello arrested from gov Usman Ododo. Was a Boko Haram bomber not arrested from a governor's Lodge in Borno state? Yahaya Bello can also be arrested in company of a governor with immunity. THE EFCC OF TODAY IS A "VUNDERVILLE" OF ENTERTAINMENT. |

"Invitation to anarchy? The EFCC does not even understand the meaning of this phrase it used here. How could a possible clash between EFCC and Gov Ododo's security personnel amount to Invitation to anarchy? The EFCC and Yahaya Bello are on a circus show. |

MEGAWATCH:what don't you understand sir. EFCC said they were looking for Bello even placing him on red alert with other sister security agencies including immigration. Same Bello went to there office and they ask him to go back home because he decided to come with a governor |

This is quite funny and unnecessarily complicated. Bello was declared wanted and has shown up in ur office and yet u complain that he should show up in court instead? |

Vadese1:I trust Obasanjo. This Bello/EFCC drama cannot happen under his watch. He would have gotten Bello arrested, even Ododo if he is careful, Obasanjo can plot his impeachment because of this case |

Jeboy:It's just about a direct order, the NSA tells the head, the president wants so so person under the custody of Agency A or B in 48hrs, even army go arrest am when sighted. It's either the EFCC is not making its stand known to the president/NSA, or either party dont care |

jaxxy:Yea, very funny and complicated, that's the ugly part of immunity in the hands of a typical Nigerian politician, the governor's aides could have legally shot at anyone trying to bring harm to their principal |

Thanks for your response. But can't his lawyers do all of these on his behalf? Because come to think of it, the accused usually will not take the stands until much later in the case. So can't the law be amended to allow his lawyers do as much as they can do for them since they do not want to show up in court. Because in this case, the law is asking you to come defend yourself and you are running then the law should be able to use that to assume that there is a high probability that you are running because you are guilty and you should only have yourself to blame in that case. ojesymsym:No, the lawyer can't. He will always take a stand from the moment the charges are read to him. As long as you are right on assumption of guilt, it's just an opinion, the law won't deal with opinion |

Sermwell:Mumu , you think your pandora pathological liar Obi is clean? The Agulu packaged fraudster invested Anambra money into his own family business but your dumb ass left his name out. You seriously think that if he's investigated properly, they won't find more financial crimes that he committed while hebwas Governor? This is a guy that transported 250 MILLION NAIRA in the boot of a car from Anambra to Lagos claiming he was paying a contractor in cash. But your dumbass rather focus on others. You seriously expect the EFCC to arrest and prosecute everyone that you suspect of a crime? Even here in the US Trump is a known criminal but he would have gotten away with it if he had stayed out of politics. Get your head out of your ass and get fresh air. Bye |
