Some of you just write as if dey put gun for una head to talk! Which better than what we have now? A woman that single handedly made aluko his Bleep boy a billion in USD with our oil money? When they born some of us self? I am not in anyway saying the guy there now is any better. But to make a saint out of our worst human in charge of our petroleum resources is appalling! humility33: |

Even though money was stolen as at then, is it not better than now that no money is stolen and we are all crying. There was no negative impact that money was missing under Jonathan |

Throwback:It is now clear that Jonathan didn't take $49 billion from the federation account. It $10billion yet to be remitted by NNPC. Why pursing it as if Jonathan stole the money? Is NNPC not owing more than that today? APC, northern Nigeriana and south west too used it as a political tool against Jonathan. |

CyrusVI:You are the one suffering from acute amnesia. Who are you trying that dumb narrative with? Post evidence of the rubbish you just yearn? So what's Tinubu, Seyi, their Lebanese partner Chagoury etc doing with Nigerian money and the NNPC? Saving it? Whether urchins like you like it or not GEJ ran the most transparent presidency in our history and never intimidated anyone like we have now. Sanusi is a Arrow and not worth a tissue paper due to his lies...even among kwankwasiyas. If you have one Stella Oduah in Tinubu's economy we would have been far better than where Buhari left us. But just like dimwitted fellas like you, playing tribal and religious sentiments to national development and see where it has gotten us. Guy go warm eba chop before you reply |

mikeapollo:I guess you are the most clueless because after Sanusi raised the 49 billion dollar missing issue, he was proven wrong then he reduced it to 20 billion and then questioned again and he later reduced it to 10 billion. So didn't all these tell you that they were all fabricated lies all because they wanted APC agenda? Because few days after the allegations, Sanusi was spotted at the airport with Tinubu and El Rufai. |

djkirkoo2:Flashback Friday vibes. barcanista:The FRCN’s report on Sanusi https://saharareporters.com/sites/default/files/page_images/galleries/2014/AW0D5621.JPG?1392910970 The decision to suspend the Central Bank of Nigeria Governor, Sanusi Lamido was based on a report of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria dated June 7, 2013. The report was made after a review of Sanusi’s response to the query issued to him by the President over the apex bank’s financial statement of 2012. His response was dated May 20, 2013. According to a copy of the report obtained by our correspondent on Thursday, the council indicates that the explanation provided by the suspended CBN governor is “a clear display of incompetence, nonchalance, fraud, wastefulness, and abuse of due process and deliberate efforts to misrepresent facts on the part of the leadership of the CBN.” The council advised the President to exercise the powers conferred on him by Section 11(2)(f) of the CBN Act 2007 or invoke Section 11(2)(c) of the said Act “and cause the governor and the deputy governors to cease from holding office in the CBN.” The report read: The particulars of the infractions against Sanusi are: Persistent refusal and/or negligence to comply with the Public Procurement Act in the procurement practices of the Central Bank of Nigeria. (A) By virtue of Section 15 (1)(a) of the Public Procurement Act, the provisions of the Act are expected to comply to ‘all procurement of goods, works and services carried out by the Federal Government of Nigeria and all procurement entities.’ This definition clearly includes the Central Bank of Nigeria. (B) It is however regrettable that the Central Bank of Nigeria, under his leadership, has refused and/or neglected to comply with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act (PPA). You will recall that one of the primary reasons for the enactment of the PPA was the need to promote transparency, competitiveness, cost of effectiveness and professionalism in the public sector procurement system. Jonathan is talking rubbish, he should have just kept quiet. CBN governor said oil money was looted. Then you renoved him to confirm whether money was missing. Those he accused, you left them all in office. ![]() Thundafireseun: |

CyrusVI:What iweala attested to was that nnpc is yet to pay $10 billion dollars into federation account, this however is not unusual since remittance on stocks sold on credit summed up to about $8.52billion, when an independent auditing firm pricewater and coopers from USA was called in, they factored in the unpaid receipts from vendors and discovered that about $1.48 billion was the amount nnpc couldn't account for, if you add $8.52 and $1.48 billion, it sums up to about $10 billion iweala mentioned, where the government had problems with sanusi is that, he, working under the ministry of finanance, accused the executive of stealing $49 billion, when it was his duty to know that it was another ministry that stole $1.48 billion, the discrepancy in figure showed high level of negligence to duty and a bad image for the government he's working for. |
