Video game can be highly addictive, u will start with let me play just one game before you know it, u have spent over 4hours sitting in one spot doing nothing productive. The only games I can play are those that helps memory, “elevate” and “neuronation”.

The only item on the list I'm guilty of is number 10. I'm not a drunkàrd but I take beer maybe 2 bottles in a week. Sometimes I can go a month without beer.
