Or you think he will inflate only Rivers state and leave the rest?

Buhari lost because he failed in north central and entire south... Tinubu does not have that buhari support in core north but he beat obi by a great margin there. He also beat obi by over a million vote in south west. The margins here surpassed obi margin in SS and SE. Obi even managed to win SS and lost north central

The supreme court affirmed Tinubu's rigging of Rivers state which means same thing happened with other states Peter Obi proved the same thing...

What it simply means is this if with all the evidence he gave for Rivers state as proof was thrown away by the supreme court, why kind of evidence should he have provided to prove for other states that supreme wouldn't have done the same thing?

You see why the evidence in the court did not mean anything anymore because Tinubu had bribed both INEC and the judiciary...

The evidence did not matter anymore, if they could do to Rivers state they have done it to other states...
