If it was her first flight that day, then you could probably blame her be cause dge should have arrived very much earlier to factor in the checking line which sometimes could take up to hours if they sense something fishy. not completely true. I have missed my flight in the past (Egypt air) and I didn't have to buy another ticket. In fact, I didn't even turn up at the airport. All I had to do was go to Egypt air the next day and paid a small fee, and I was able to board the next available flight that day. The previous ticket wasn't canceled. I was simply rescheduled.

An African woman breaks down in tears after being treated poorly in the Dubai Airport.
She had a flight to catch and she arrived on time but she was held up at the security check point due to racial profiling and as a result she ended up missing her flight.

If she missed her flight because of customs like she said, they would put her on another flight automatically except when the tickets were not purchased together in a single transaction. She should go to the counter and ask for a supervisor and explain confidently. I agree with you that her emotions wouldn't necessarily help.

No it dont, its those stupid airlines.I missed my flight by a whole day in Nigeria, Lufthansa, dont ask my how and why, cos thats a whole different storey, Lufthansa asked me to just pay 100 Pounds more for the next flight from PHC which was in three days, I even did it from my house not at the airport. Paid with my credit card one should stop using them shittty airlines.
