It’s supposed to be the work of Police to make such statement or apprehension. Who gave LASTMA power to arrest? If they couldn’t arrest them on the spot for committing the crime I don’t think they have the jurisdiction to do so based off a video.

If you drive recklessly and you're caught on fixed camera or handheld camera by Traffic officers..you will get a ticket .

It doesn't make sense comparing Nigeria to USA.

USA is over 300 yrs old and Nigeria is 64 yrs. USA is a developed country and Nigeria is not even a developing country but an under develop country.
