If it public schools, then government is not serious about public education. What always heard is NCE is the minimum qualification for teaching in government school. Then, why and how the so called analysis?

Many private schools in the South West doesn't employ well trained teachers except the popular and famous ones but they have the highest number of schools in Nigeria.
