Application is submitted in person directly to the Embassy in Abuja. You also have to call or email the embassy to schedule an appointment. On the day of appointment, you'll be required to present originals and copies of your documents.

Note: Switzerland is an expensive country, if you decide to apply, you'll need to show sufficient means of subsistence.

So guys I have decided I will apply to Belgium since they have appointment date for end of this month and travel date is in Dec. I’m getting married to my gf few days to submitting our application. What is my wife chance of getting the visa ? She’s employed & have a business. Her salary is like N1m. Me on the other hand is a business owner with monthly turnover of 30-60m monthly. I have had a sweden schegen visa, have a valid 5 years USA visa, have a 10yrs Canada visa and have been to uk like 10 times or more. Will my profile help her. She’s 27yrs old and I’m 31.

Desmondola2020:
Hi guys.
I’m a single guy of 31yrs old and getting married December. I want to plan a honeymoon trip to France or any other schegen with my partner but she has never been anywhere before.
She started working in a company 3 months ago earning 1m and has a registered fashion business on the side. Does she stand a chance applying with me ? Since we are not married yet.
I have traveled extensively. I have been to uk, Dubai , 3 Schengen countries, USA , and I also have Canada visa too. I have a business with 30-40m monthly inflow. Just trying to figure out our relationship when we apply together.

Each application is decided on its own merit. However, being married and you as the sponsor, your profile will in some way aid hers, as she already has an "okay" profile.

Why Belgium though? If you are unable to get an appointment for France, I'd suggest Italy, Spain, Portugal or Finland.

Nothing really. Someone recommended it as appointment date is open. Is it not a good embassy to apply to?

i believe italy will give her, Belgium crex ooo, my first shengen visa was last year march, and i applied alone, i re applied in august last year together with my wife with no travel experience, she was issued and we both travel together, the only thing they requested from us is, we must appear in embassy upon return, which we did.

Belgium is very strict/stingy with visa issuance, even for a frequent traveller.

I already paid for the appointment. Hopefully it flys. Can you recommend an affordable insurance company to buy travel insurance from?

My first two France visa applications were successful, but I've since faced three times France visa refusals due to not using a previously issued visa.
I am now unsure whether I should reapply for the same visa category or apply to another Schengen Country.

Could you please advise me ?
They don’t like people wasting their slot cause it could have been given to people who really needed it. Trust me forget about trying France again but I doubt if it will change anything from other Schengen cause they use the same data system they can still see your previous history as long it’s same Schengen country

Not using previous visa or visas?

You had 2, and used none?

Hi @davodyguy,
I used the first visa but I was unable to use the second visa due to a serious reason that prevented me from travelling during that time period.
Then that's a harsh decision against you

I know someone that has USA and Canada, yet to be used, but still got UK
