Rivers politics is one characterised with so much dirty play. During 1992 till Abacha ended it, it took Obi wali, during sir Peter odili,oyaghiri, Ak dikibo,marshal harry were assassinated,during Amaechi time it was Ignatius Ajuru coupled with house of assembly crisis where chidi Lloyd almost killed Micheal chinda, during wike time houses of opponents were destroyed. Now in sim fubara government house of assembly is in disarray. If such heat is existing now imagine how 2027 will be....

No. Nothing is really at stake in an LG election. Politicians don't take it seriously because money no dey LGA. That's not the same for guber, senate and presidency. In fact, power is useless without money. So, we need security in major elections.

And come to imagine the billions of Naira they used to allocate to them during election. We have confirmed now that they are as useless as Tinubu to anything good and welcoming by Nigerians. Those billions are just spent on nothing while the police also engage in votes rigging by encouraging people and guiding them to do as they wish but see the situation without them, everything is going smoothly though we heard of a local government that some alleged men in police uniforms came and snatched ballot box.....
