3.Amaechi recommended him for minister when he was becoming too over bearing in Rivers state. He was so notorious that he could stop Amaechis convoy so that he could sign any document he wanted. He was and still is a rascal.

4. He didn't want to leave RS for FCT to be minister because he was nursing a governorship ambition and was unhappy with that recommendation. Infact during his reign, when there was no trouble for him in his state, he's the one that would go and look for trouble in his neighbouring state by confiscating their properties in Rivers.
