Election is an institutional process, it's not within the whims and caprice of court to stop election.
If there is violence in a political unit, RISEIC has the right to cancel it, not even the court.
If a political party is not comfortable with the result, they can go to court, then the court can ask RISEIC to conduct another election but not to cancel it

His goal is to find weaknesses to relay to his paymasters in preparation for the next election or to subvert the current one.
