Seems you are a natural speaker. I for one still struggle to maintain eloquence and confidence when I speak even at my age but when It comes to penning down my thoughts i am superb at it.

I admire your natural skill to speak well. That's one area of my life I will have to work hard to audit to perfection for the rest of my life.

Try speaking to your self in a mirror, preferably a standing mirror

Talk to yourself , look into your eyes, make gestures

When you are actually in front of an audience, look into their eyes as you speak and be audible

Simple! But people prefer to focus on result

I am the worst person in this aspect of life. Some times my voice will start shaking because i am very nervous especially when i am speaking to those that know me very well. I have stop taking leader position because of this. I now preferred to lead from behind since is obvious to every one that i cant speak well in the public.

This thing is a big problem, it can stunts one's growth. People that don't know half what you know, but have confidence will shine more. May God help everyone battling with this
