BankyGee:
All his great performances from last season, saving the team from relegation and his great performances this season, helping his team to stay top 5 of the table, you pick only ONE Inter Milan game? Walahi he's not good enough.
Simon Mignolet was the undisputed no 1 in Liverpool for a long time and had lots of good performances , occasionally making gaffes and letting in cheap goals.

Eventually, the club concluded he just wasn't good enough, and realised they were not going to win titles with him so they got Alisson Becker.

Thereafter, Liverpool won the Champions League and the Premier League titles. No be coincidence.

Like Mignolet, like Okoye. We are not going far or winning any competition with Okoye in goal.

If you think he's the reincarnation of Buffon, that's fine. I think he's jittery, has poor judgement, error prone and not a dependable goalkeeper.

We can agree to disagree.

At the end, we all want the best for the Super Eagles and I'll be happy to be proven wrong.

We have shortage of keepers and na regional league be the solution Abi….fact Okoye was a product of agent deal that later paid off
Sir Kog45,
do you support Tanimu's invitation?
And again, based on his performance for the games played so far 4 us,was his invitation merited?

All I see here are Double standards for Maduka. Comparing him with Alisson.

And I'm quite sure you and others don't even watch Nwabali's games to be able give a balanced assessment.

Some of you still make this mistake of generalising. There are people here who take the time to watch Nwabali games and even report it.

Now let me ask you. Do you watch only Maduka? Do you watch only Nwabali? Do you watch both? Or do you watch at all?

Ejuke highlights vs Real betis, he created 3 clear-cut opportunities for his team mates and cooked Bellerin all game...for the doubters of his end product- be the judge yourselves. He also put in a solid defensive shift by tracking back which is the least you could demand from your forward.

Good showing. Were Lukebakio not profligate, he'd have had an assist

Oya bring out our players ratings in matches Tanimu involved then we will know maybe he deserves the invitation…..I remember Uche Agbo didn’t have any ratings during Rohr era but keep on getting invitations and how many times did anyone cry over it…a regional league player made his debut under Rohr….Rohr is foreign right.

My point is not Tanimu but rubbishing AE list just cuz of Tanimu

Yes! I wonder how much time he needs to get settled.
No time oo. Nwabali has covered ground. But I'd really like to see Okoye again just for the sake of having that firm assurance that we have two solid goalkeepers.

Perhaps, you should read my post again but this time slowly and dispassionately so it will sink in.

If you re-read the post and still interprete it as a comparison of Maduka to Alisson, then you have a comprehension problem.

I watched Nwabali during the AFCON, the post AFCON friendlies, the World Cup and AFCON qualifiers, and that's enough to make a balanced assessment that he's better than Okoye.
