A group of Nigerian local engineers has recently captured attention by showcasing a helicopter they built using discarded materials such as ceiling fans, rods, and other scrap items. The impressive display featured the ceiling fan rotating on the helicopter’s tail and a custom-made fan on top, which intrigued onlookers.

However, despite the anticipation, the helicopter did not take off, leaving many viewers slightly disappointed. Some had hoped to see at least a small lift-off, but the aircraft remained grounded. Nonetheless, there was an outpouring of praise for the engineers’ creativity and effort.

One viewer expressed admiration, saying, "This is great, I initially thought it would lift up a little, but it didn't. If we had visionary leaders, talented persons like this would be invested in. Unfortunately, we don’t; then when foreigners utilize their talents, all the government does is write congratulatory speeches or complain about Nigerians leaving the country."

While some celebrated the ingenuity, others were critical of the project. "They should stop all these. This is the 21st century. If you cannot do it the way the whites are doing it, forget it and stop wasting your precious and productive time," one viewer remarked.

To improve on this, he'd prolly have to undo the whole thing, get admitted into a Uni and go study the relevant course

double entendre. I saw what you did there. Your use of contraption in this scenario both described the parts soldered togther to make the helicopter. Then you also referred to Nigeria as a contraption, citing the failure of the designer to create something worthwhile as a result of the illings of the nation's. In this scenario, neither the chopper or Nigeria as a nation will fly.

yep! it wont even make a vertical move! They failed completely to apply even the slightest atom in the science of lift! The only ingenuity there was the form of an helicopter not the science of it!

At least he tried and built something
