I won’t say the worse democratic rule is better than the best military dictatorship. Because that is just a cute line to put the people in place , more of a psyop!

Does nigeria need more underfunded public universities?

A better investment would be in agriculture. The land to be used to the university would be far more useful as a large scale farm that can meet local needs and export...
