Still no sincerity in all these news if tank farms sell at 1,200 to 1,300 per litre in Warri and Port Harcourt leading to Petrol Stations selling between 1,280 and 1,350 in the East.

This is a welcome development.

The market dynamics is what will stabilize things. The earlier people understand this, the better for all of us.
There's nothing like market forces..
The Cabal is in control of pricing..
NNPC is selling 998
Everyone else is selling 1050 in Lagos.
Do you call that Market forces?
Everyone is just following NNPC template hence no competition..

The senate under Bukola Saraki passed a law banning the proliferation of electric vehicles in Nigeria.

forgiveness:
Minimum wages should be counted per hour and not per month. This will go a long way to reduce poverty. A minimum threshold of 2k per hour should legislated for unskilled while a skilled graduate should earn more than that.

People can work in many places and earn at least 320k per month if one works for 8hrs (8am-5pm, minus 1hr compulsory lunch break) in a day for 5days (Monday - Friday).

The Scandinavian model. It also makes the work goes round.

Any one who cant afford should reduce to the hours you can afford.

So, me that pays building professionals to get buildings together for me, N2k per hour for a labourer serving a mason in my site x 8 hours work per day, I will be paying him N16k per day? And this doesn't include his mason?

Ok.

It takes about 200 - 300 masons working months to put up a single story building, apart from the iron fitters, plumbers, electricians, painters, carpenters, etc. How much will the rent to a flat now be?

How can they say imported product & local product should be the same price? Putting a landing cost on a locally refined fuel is wrong. This is the reason why the price per litre of fuel is high.

Fix at least one refinery & get rid of this landing cost

T-pain came to further enrich himself & his friends. Those that voted him can now see the brain they said he used in building L@g0s & the type of democracy he claimed he was fighting for
Locally manufactured products too can have landing cost.
Those products are inventories in the books of the seller.

Go and read IAS (International Accounting Standards) 2 and understand what it says about what constitutes cost of an inventory.

It is not only imported products that can have landing cost.

If someone’s wife buys ugu vegetable at Mile 12 market in Lagos and she’s taking the ugu to Ikorodu to sell, all costs incurred in making sure the ugu gets to her Ikorodu shop are added back to initial cost of the ugu’s ‘invoice’ price.

It is the addition (total) of all this cost that would be divided with whatever unit of measure for each quantity of that ugu that would help in knowing what the ugu costs before the seller would now add her profit element.

Nigerian suffering have nothing to do with Satan or God, it is shared human wickedness. What you explain here is a way good solution to the problem but no, fixing a refinery means those feeding from the pot of "landing cost" will have to let go, and an average Nigerian politician is too selfish to do that bro

..for those who did not care to listen..grabbing & snatching for Thief'nubu will be..& it is the worst thing that has ever happened to Nigeria..

..you see they don't even care for the Nigeria & Nigerians..we told you that a creature without identity & certificate is a fraud & his fraudulent state of mind is been displayed here by the NNPC cum dangote refinery vis a vis oil marketers.. grin grin

..you refused to disclose the price you are buying from dangote or should i say dangote refused to disclose his price for NNPC..nobody knows the truth..but FG, nnpcl has been shouting deregulation, deregulation.. grin grin

..the oil marketers decides to source the refined products from somewere else..In the spirit of " deregulation"..& all of a sudden the landing cost is immediately increased..

..so..All this Kalokalo..Na ontop the heads of the suffering masses..the emilokan maladministration dont want Nigerians to enjoy cheap fuel in the name of deregulation..because they want all Profits to themselves & themselves alone.. grin grin

..BATists..how far with" when Dangote refinery comes on Board, fuel will be cheap & the value of the naira to the dollars will increase..leading to Excess foreign reserves. grin grin

My comment yesterday on this platform... I know this government will frustrate anyone (IPMAN) from bringing in imported FUEL as alternative to their own Dangote's. Having added their own profit margin to the cost price. Evil government...!
