Wingers are becoming more or less an obsolete terminology in today's football ⚽. We talk of forward players coming from the left or right and it inverted wingers.

Salah, Saka, Diaz, Martinelli, Rashford, Garnacho, Nico Williams, Lamine Yamal are predominantly coming in from the wings 💸 but nobody would call them just wingers.

We have hosted all manner of teams in Uyo including teams from Europe and there were no issues.
