Approval for a building that is almost 50 years? Or does that building look like a new build?

So many old buildings were marked for demolition or advised to refurbished in mushin but the locals were not having any of it, the people advised to refurbish are not even lifting a finger

That's a very good news.I can tell from the shouting at the beginning of the video that the building has already given signs of it's collapse few minutes before it did,giving it's occupants the chance to flee.

Having a date like this, at least no life would be lost.
