Nigerians are amongst the most intelligent people on earth.

A silver lining in the cloud of bad medical system in Nigeria is that most of our docs are forced to rely on clinical skills.....result, they do better than the UK trained docs, whose having all the equipment makes them lazy, (Why examine abdomen when you can just send for CT scan on the NHS?).

It does not mean that government should not do something about our messy healthcare system.

What is he astonished about.?....so he has not heard that Nigerian medical professionals are migrating to uk?

What's the big deal. Many Nigeria trained doctors practice abroad

University education in Nigeria is highly subsidized and we should appreciate it. It costs fortune to study in western universities.

In spite of how poor our education system is we still excel outside our shores. Big up. Naija to the world.
