How do you remove a video/audio that is in public domain and why is no one interested in the content, but the carrier of the content.

If I were falana, I will first move to ascertain whether the audio is real or fake. Do you know that right now no one is yet sure whether the audio is real or fake and falana doesn't seem to care.

If I ascertain the audio is real then I'll sue Bobrisky for defamation. If it is fake, I'll sue VDM for defamation. This way we will know the truth cos that is the only way Falana can clear his name. If the only thing he does is to shut down VDM, I'm afraid he is giving room to suspicion that what is said in that video is real.

I know Falana is innocent but I expect him to approach this matter better but he isn't doing it. If that audio is true, Bobrisky needs to be prosecuted since the whole thing is now in public domain

Falz did confirm he spoke with Bobrisky on phone, so there is element of truth in the audio, but one is curious how Falanas is not looking the direction of Bob

Vdm only played a recorded phone call of bobrisky mentioning Falana.

What happens to bobrisky?

Shouldn't he explain his allegations to Falana.

Bob at the moment is not in the picture, because the recording emanated from Vdm and contact.until court as for the tape to be verified or forensic evaluation, as to determine who's voice is that and also to summon the communication network provided to see if actually it was a registered simcard bearing Bob name.

It has nothing to do with Nigeria, Nigeria. This is not an emotional matter. This is about defamation between vdm, falz, femi, all others is irrelevant to this issue. You or someone else can chose to pursue a case against efcc, Bob, prison. That one na another matter.

As a lawyer is the court that will grant the approval for a forensic evaluation of the recording. FALANA CAN NOT DO THAT.and for him to further go on it showed,that he actually do not have such conversation with Bob.
