Google Authenticator maintains a permanent connection to your registered email, even after multiple phone changes. To sync your authenticator across devices, simply reinstall the app, sign in with your registered email, and all linked apps will be automatically synchronized.

If you linked KuCoin without assigning a custom name (e.g My KuCoin), it might appear as an unnamed app. Try entering the codes generated by your authenticator into KuCoin; one might match. If not, contact KuCoin support for assistance.

Your best bet for fast response is their telegram support. When you login to your kucoin app, click on support and choose telegram, join the telegram group, drop your complaint,one of their supports will attend to you.
