Imagine if Air Peace is being run as a sole proprietorship, that would mean that the DOJ may also have gone after the airline’s assets; which would invariably cause the airline to suspend operations and/or layoff a good chuck of their staff.

You remember his plane was deployed to evacuate stranded Nigerians from Ukraine at the beginning of the Ukraine-Russia war.

What I just find puzzling is how Nigerians always feel once a person has money and has done one or two philanthropic work here and there , such person can never go wrong . They believe such a person needs to be protected all cost even if he commits a capital offense . I just don’t understand the logic behind such thoughts .

If they ask for Onyema, Tinubu will give him up. Nigeria has an extradition treaty with the US and Tinubu understands the importance of honoring agreements.

Unfortunately for him, aviation is an international business . He will need the funds in those JP Morgan accounts for his business . Also, he may not be able to use those SPV companies in the US and Canada to run business transactions going forward which will further affect his business operations
