Times are hard, but committing suicide is the most foolish thing to do. If you are not sick, but just broke, then I don't see how you cannot act like a man and take up that menial job in order to create ends meet. Some people are begging God for just 2 years to live, while the foolish ones are ending their lives over nothing.

we have been trying to talk a guy out of depression for close to 2 weeks now n I fear for his life cos we don't have any financial means to help him

He did a business n lost close to 1million

He paid 600 already n has 400 to pay by October ending which he clearly states he doesn't have any means to pay n he already sign police undertaken to pay by ending

He's been acting strange n we are worried

I am saying this so u can know different problem exist n people are going through a lot

As long as he is not dealing with aliens, he can always ask for more time. Nothing, I repeat, nothing will happen. People will threaten, shout, curse and do whatever when you are owing them, but if you genuinely cannot afford to pay, heavens won't fall. He should negotiate with them. It is not that hard.

These...I understand, but in the prevailing circumstance, what can he do? Negotiate is the only way out now, but if the people involved try to lock him up, a lawyer can issue a court injunction against them. The people will be disappointed, but he is just looking out for himself.

So far kids are growing fine, Beer dey cold for inside fridge.. No matter the matter Na to beg if na debt.. if na suffer, Na to do Okada.. if na being broke I drink kai Kai with the change in my pocket Waka go were them dey do lebu. If na wife dey give me headache, I comot for house go stay with friend, if na thing of shame after 2 years people don forget ur matter, you fit even relocate self. Nothing fit make me kill myself Beer too sweet.. Na because what will people say about me .. they bring all this suicide matter for person mind.b
