Rivers state under fubara is now enjoying their resources wike would have never approved something like this instead he will prefer to donate the money to other states for his own political gains and personal aggrandisement.

Commendable. To think Delta State gets far more monthly allocation from FG than Rivers, yet the settled for a flat rate is 70k. That state is cursed with useless leaders.
